Long before farming, we foraged. Plants were not chosen for yield, but for timing, taste, and potency—gathered in their right moment, full of vitality. This knowledge, carried in our DNA, connected us to the land, the seasons, and our own intuition.

We created Protopia Collective gift set are part of a limited early edition to offer a small piece of that memory. Each element is designed to awaken the senses and nourish the body—especially the microbiome, which thrives on diversity and surprise. There are still so many flavours, textures, and wild plants worth discovering—many of them both deeply nourishing and wildly delicious.

Each box includes foraged foods and ingredients infused with wild plants, aromatic additions such as natural resin incense or floral waters, and other small details that hold the atmosphere of wild land and Northern summer nights.

Every ingredient in this capsule is foraged from Estonian forests and fields—by us and by our community of local gatherers (in Estonia, foraging is a way of life). Each piece is carefully cleaned, dried at low temperatures, and prepared by our chefs with attention to detail, preserving both the flavour and the vitality of the plant.

Because it’s not just a product, or even just a beautifully crafted item. It’s a living expression of place, time, and energy, shaped through ancestral knowledge, artistic intention, and foraged materials. It awakens memory. It touches more than taste.
