A one-day edible exhibition on 24 February as part of the Estonian Independence Day. The historic manor was temporarily transformed into a gallery environment, hosting an installative, multi-sensory experience across five rooms. The exhibition combined sculptural food elements, spatial interventions, and a sound installation developed in collaboration with sound artist Mihkel Tomberg. Supee explored the relationship between taste, space, materiality, and sound. Edible plant-based elements emerged directly from table surfaces, while touch-responsive sound components translated physical interaction into audio, shaping the overall sensory experience.
